19. Part III does not apply to an animal within the meaning of subparagraph b of subparagraph 1 of the second paragraph of section 1 of the Animal Welfare and Safety Act (chapter B-3.1) that is kept in captivity for breeding purposes with a view to dealing in fur or in meat or other food products, except sections 53 to 56, 61.1 to 62 and 86 to 94.
